1.   Running Windows 98 and want to stay w/that operating system.
Want to go from FP98 which is currently installed, to FP2002.
Do I need the full FP2002 CD (about $160), or can I simply get the
FP2002 upgrade CD (about $90)??
2.   Any limitations to FP2002 due to my decision to stay w/Windows
98??

1. Provided that you have a prior FULL version of FP you can get the
upgrade.

2. You wont be able to run the FP2002 Extensions locally.
