What is the basis or foundation of this Gift to Human Life?

It is a 'Gift of Divine Love' because human life is Gifted with a Soul
that is a Reflection of God's Divine Love for this Gift, because it internally
alerts the human mind of what is a pure act over an impure act, what is right
over what is wrong, unlike the other creations of life."
