Pluto and Feminism

Pluto is usually associated with upheaval. Its interesting trajectory
from Coma Berenices into Virgo and Bootes in the seventies of the past
century appears to follow some sort of pattern as concerns the feminist
movement.
It may be that the incentive for the new law as concern abortion came
with Pluto in Coma Berenices while the failure or success of such a
proposal was due with Pluto in Bootes. Virgo is of course a feminine
constellation. It may be less known that Virgo is also the largest
constellation of all. In this respect it is clear that the majority of
the population has Sun in Virgo. I must personally regret that I am not
writing this article in the seventies.
Virgo itself is a may be a feminist constellation.
The feminist movement started in the U.S.A. reached Europe with some
delay. Timing will vary from country to country. If modern feminism
started with 1792 with Mary Wollstonecraft, it is the seventies that
finally brought the sex taboos into open discussion

Feminism is diffused in all Europe.
The battle is by no means over. Not all countries have responded
positively to the requests for equal rights, divorce and abortion laws,
as feminism becomes global.
