I have a problem with move user requests, when I create request from
admin client, a replica of users email file is created instantly on
new mail server but then nothing else happens and users person
document still points to original server. After a time I get admin
request pending admin approval to delete old copy of mail file that I
have to reject because person document has not been modified.
When I check properties of person document I can see that
NewMailServer field has been created, I have Author Access to address
book with UserModifier role.
We have a hub spoke set-up with hub server have full access to address
book with all roles selected, the two mail servers have rights to
create replica's on each other and have editor access to address book
with no roles selected, can anybody tell me why person document is not
updating as this is beginning to be a problem as first mail server is
running out of disk space.
