Oldie but goodie...

Oldie but goodie...
Aren't you glad Bill Gates don't make bikes...
If he did...maybe it'd be kinda like this...

1. For no reason whatsoever your bike would crash twice a day.
2. Every time they repainted the lines on the road you would have to buy a
new bike.
3. Occasionally, and for no apparent reason, your bike would just die at
critical moments. Complaints regarding some common ocurrences might
include:

a) while dragging a knee through a corner in full view of the local canyon
squids hangout
b)after passing a logging truck on a busy, mountain road with no guard
rail or shoulder
c)and you'd just accept this, restart and ride on.

4. Occasionally, executing a maneuver such as a left turn, would cause your
bike to shut down and refuse to restart, in which case you would have to
reinstall the engine.
5. Only one person, the registered owner, could ever ride the bike, unless
you bought Rider 98 or Bike NT. But then you would have to buy another
seat or more.
6. Macintosh would make a bike that was powered by the sun, reliable, five
times as fast, and twice as easy to drive, but would only work on 5
percent of the roads.
7. The oil and warning lights would be replaced by a single general bike
protection warning light.
8. New seats would force everyone to have the same size butt.
9. The bike would react as if to ask "Are you sure?" before allowing you to
jump clear of it during a crash or slide.
10. Occasionally for no reason whatsoever, your bike would lock up and
refuse to let you go until you simultaneously lifted both feet
of the ground, turned the key, and reset the trip odometer.
11. MicroBike® would require all new buyers to also purchase a deluxe set of
Rand McNally® road maps (now a MicroBike® subsidiary) even though
they're neither needed nor wanted. Attempting to delete this option would
immediately cause the bike's performance to diminish by 50% or more.
12. Every time MicroBike® introduced a new model buyers would have to learn
to drive all over again because none of the controls would operate in
the same manner as the old bike.
13. You'd press the START button to shut off the engine.
