The history of two-wheeled motorcycles more than 650 cube cm. began on ëíZ
factory in 1956 when the Kiev motorcycles have begun to be used for
escorting Kremlin government delegations.
Kiev engineers began to perfect these escort motorcycles in 1976.
And in 1978 the first 25 special escort motorcycles were made for the
Kremlin. High characteristics have satisfied the requiring customer.
Motorcycles had capacity 43 kWt, special trunks, such motorcycle could go
with the speed 130 km/hour might even in the winter on slippery road, also
it had electrostarter which allowed to start the motor at the temperature -
40 C. The same set of motorcycles was sent to Moscow in 1983.
The Minister of Defence of USSR have ordered Izhmash factory (the most
important Russian technic factory) engineers to make motorcycles of such
class in Russia. But this idea had no success. Wide experience and skills
of the Kiev constructors have remained unsurpassed.
In 1989 last set of this most perfect engineering was made. But now, in the
beginning of 2001 our foreign partners have addressed with the request as
soon as possible to restart manufacture of supermotorcycles for the fans
amateurs of fast professional driving. And, we think, that it can be
