Denne gang sneg der sig en enkelt Yamaha ind blandt RCV'erne,

1 Alex Barros Honda (han var glad)
2 Valentino Rossi Honda (han var skuffet )
3 Max Biaggi Yamaha (han forstod ikke hvorfor M1'en ikke var bedre)
4 Daijiro Katoh Honda
5 Tohru Ukawa Honda

Hvilket betyder at Max slutter som nr. 2 samlet.

Sete Gibernau forlader Suzuki som der var lagt lidt op til :

Sete Gibernau has confirmed that he will be following Spanish sponsors
Telefonica Movistar to the the Gresini Racing team next season after
the communications company announced their split from Suzuki. Gibernau
will partner Daijiro Kato aboard a Honda RC211V.]

KTM vil nu i MotoGP også :

[KTM announce ambitious MotoGP project

Austrian Motorcycle manufacturer KTM have officially announced plans
to enter the 125cc championship next season before moving to MotoGP by
2005. The off-road specialists will move their intentions to asphalt
racing with former 125cc World Champion Roberto Locatelli leading the
development.
Experienced engineers Harald Bartol and Warren Willing have been
signed to direct the project, with the sponsorship backing of red
Bull, and are hopeful that a first chassis will be ready in time for
the February IRTA tests.
"It is our ultimate aim to be as successful in road racing as in the
off-road segment," said KTM CEO Stefan Pierer. "At the beginning it is
important for us to get as much experience as possible and to commit
talented people to KTM, who then will be heading together with KTM for
MotoGP. Ten years ago we were selling 6,000 bikes a year, and last
year we sold 62,000. We are convinced we can progress in the same way
in MotoGP."
Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Dorna Sports, welcomed the ambitious project.
"It is a real pleasure to welcome KTM to MotoGP," he said. "They have
a long history in all categories of off-road racing and have been very
successful. Hopefully they can transfer this to MotoGP. To have a new
manufacturer is very important for our sport and we are very
pleased."]

Er der nogen der fandt ud af hvad Barros og Rossi havde gang i, da de
dirigerede hinanden forbi ?

Ikke usædvanligt når 2 mand ligger alene og ingen af dem føler de har
et overskud til at sætte den anden for alvor.Så kan det være en fordel
at ligge bagefter og læse/lære den andens linier, for så at sætte
angrebet optimalt ind til sidst.Derfor ser man undertiden at ingen er
interesseret i at føre....
