It seems I am having a little problem with frames. Let me try and explain
it. I have a main page called index.htm which has all the tags for the
frames.
Each page that is loaded into the frame has a black background. When all the
pages are loaded, the black background makes everything seam together
nicely.
With a slow internet connection, you have to wait for some of the more
graphic intensive frames to load. When they are loading, the background in
the frame is WHITE! I cannot figure out how to make the background black
during the load! I've played with index.htm but I do not know of any tags to
set the background before loading the frames.
