I've never tried staying at a camping site myself, but when it comes to a
quiet and beautiful location - near the beach - I can recommend the camping
site at Svinkløv - some 5-10 km's north of Fjerritslev - cf.

You might like to know that there's a hotel located on the beach - within
walking distance from the camping site - called 'Svinkløv Badehotel' and
eating here is excellent. A bit on the expensive side, but the food is
really terrific.
