trying to make a Banner and a tabel of contents on the left side of page..
however that bar that devideds the main page and the TOC is moveable.. I
would like to make it stay in one postion ??? ?? Any Ideas ??

if Frontpage...
right click on the frame, frame properties, "resizeable in browser"
