Yes, but only from fixed phones, and you have to be "member" by the company
before you can use it. If you don't sign "memberships" by other telephone
companies, you can only call by the company where you have your telephone
connection. If you make calls to foreign countries you can use pre paid telephone
cards, ex Global One which you can buy at the post offices.
