Surfede lige lidt, og fandt dette:
Adobe Audition 1.5 has an effect in the effects menu called "center channel extraction". You can try this if you want. It worked somewhat for me but not perfectly. There were still some remnants of the vocals remaining in the mix. However, Adobe says if you play with the effect you will eventually be satisfied with the results.

Goldwave & CoolEdit are two such audio editors which can remove vocals from mp3 files. It can take some playing around with though to get a file which sounds right. My experience is that because the majority of music is blended so much by its sound engineers, even at its best the eidted files (vocals removed) can sound a little tinny, hollow etc.
