Ingredients:
Full-cream milk
Pudding rice
Vanilla
Salt
Blanched chopped almonds
whipping cream
Sugar to your liking
Split the vanilla pod and take the vanilla grains out
Boil the rice, milk and vanilla at low temperatures
with lid on approximately 45 min.
Stir in the pudding now and again.
Take the vanilla pod up and cool the pudding.
Chop the almonds and save an almond to put in the pudding.
Mix the almonds in the cold pudding. Beat the cream till it is stiff
put it gently in the rest
Add sugar to your liking
