I would try sending an e-mail to their support.
http://orange.dk/kontakt/email/, choose "taletid", fill in name (navn), your
orange mobilenumber (telefonnummer), your e-mail address and a short text in
English.
After that make sure that your orange sim-card is activated, so that it can
receive the update.

Perhaps it is a mistake in the serie your sim-card is from.
