Man får disse oplysninger på mail når man tilmelder sig.
Citat: "If you want to avoid junk mail, an understandable wish, we suggest
one
of the following solutions:
- use an extra email address for your usenet postings, like one from a
filtering e-mail forwarding service like bigfoot.com or gmx.net.
- use "me@privacy.net". The owner of privacy.net has given his permission
to use the address for protection against junk mail.
Of course, you can also use combinations of this."

I mailen fra Christoph Biedl står bl.a.:
"We demand that e-mails to the addresses in From: (and Sender: and
Reply-To:, if given) will not lead to bounce messages to any of the
postmasters involved.
If you want to avoid junk mail, an understandable wish, we suggest one

By the way: "News.CIS.DFN.DE" and "News.Individual.NET" are the same
servers for a transitional period only. Therefore you should change the
server name in your configuration into "News.Individual.NET" (without
quotes, upper/lowercase does not matter) as soon as possible. Your
account details will work further on.

Men jeg har overvejet at gå tilbage til en mere almindelig e-mail adresse,
da der åbenbart er folk som ikke helt kan gennemskue når de skal skrive til
mig.
