Welcome to this Danish newsgroup. While writing in English is not
prohibite, you should know that it lowers your chance of getting a
usefull response considerably.
This newsgroup is not about Java, but about client-side scripting,
i.e., mostly JavaScript (a language almost, but not entirely,
completely unlike Java).
For your question: You need a server-side technology to make a message
board. Server-side technologies include ASP, PHP, and JSP (which *is*
using Java). Which ones you can use depends on your web server, so
check that. Then try an appropriate group for the server-side
technology you choose.
