Large scale project - Ecommerce solution needed!

A ecommerce web solution is needed to be created, to control a tutorial
library of quicktime and flash movies. It will function something like this
site: http://www.vtco.com

Users log into their accounts and have access to over 1500 video tutorials
from HTML tutorials to Photoshop and Flash tutorials. Their account is
charged at $50AU per month.

New users need to create an account and pay via a credit card in order to
access the websites tutorials. New clients to the site can even view
previews of every tutorial before creating an account.

There will be a small payment made to whoever takes this project on board by
the owner of this company. Shares within the company will also be available.
If this project takes off and is a success there will be a full time
position offered to the developer of this solution.

There is more to add to the scope of this project. I only have limited
information, sorry.
