We have new technology for air and smoke purification, which have name
SPALIC, from italian language :

Sistema Purificazione Aria e fumi a Lavaggio InterCompresso.

The technology is below explicated.

We trying to find a financial and/or industrial company to build
the various machines, which carry out the SPALIC system.

SPALIC is applicable for the purification of incinerator' s smoke,
of motor' s smoke, of welding smoke, of air cleaning into the
conditioning systems, into the vacuum cleaners, and into all the
applications where it need to remove the pollutant particles or
molecules from air.
If our new technology is interesting for your company, please
contact Mr. Romano De Simone, that don' t speak english, but can

THE FORMULA AND THE SCHEME

The System :



1) Aspiration of polluted air, with big and very fine particles, or
pollutant molecules.

2) Prewashing spray, with fall of big particles, humidification near to
100%, and homogenization of air temperature, near to that of the raining
water.

3) Selected instantaneous heating of air, excluding the very little
particles and the heavy molecules, which must stay cold for some second.

The heating must be realised by the fan-compressor, which compress the air,
with it heating about 15 °C, more or less.

(1 °C correspond to a compression of about 60-70 mm H2O).

4) Spray washing in a calm chamber; the spray washing do it condensing the
vapour dispersed in the air, by means of cooling under rain.

The condensation take place onto the pollutant particles and molecules,
which stay cold at the moment of the heating by compression.

5) The pollutant particles and molecules, made heavy by condensed liquid,
fall into the liquid and there are imprisoned, until to be capture by the
filter present in the liquid circuit, which can be self-cleaning.

The Nominal Detergency of system (power of instantaneous pollutant particles
and molecules transferring into the liquid, adjustable in real time) is
calculable by the De Simone formula :

D = K p

where K is the constant dependent on the temperature and the wettability,
and p is the dinamic head of fan-compressor.

The wettability is maximum when the contact time is reduced at mimimum, so
that in this cases it can reduce the value of p, without reduce the Nominal
Detergency.

The system is self-cleaning, work with in equicurrent, without need of
filling bodies, how can be to understand by the enclosed explanatory scheme.

Il PROCEDIMENTO :



1) Aspirazione dell’ aria polverosa, con particelle grossolane e finissime.

2) Prelavaggio spray, con caduta delle particelle grossolane, umidificazione
prossima al 100%, ed omogeneizzazione della temperatura dell’ aria, prossima
a quella dell’ acqua di pioggia.

3) Riscaldamento istantaneo selettivo dell’ aria, escludendo le particelle
fini inquinanti e tutte le molecole pesanti, che devono rimanere fredde per
qualche secondo.

Il riscaldamento deve essere fatto mediante l’ aspiratore-compressore, che
comprime l’ aria facendola scaldare mediamente di circa quindici gradi
almeno.

(1 grado centigrado corrisponde ad una compressione di circa 60-70 mm di
colonna d’ acqua).

4) Lavaggio spray in una camera di calma, che fa condensare il vapore
disperso nell’ aria, a causa del raffreddamento sotto pioggia.

La condensa avviene addosso alle particelle e molecole inquinanti, che
restano fredde al momento del riscaldamento per compressione.

5) Le particelle e molecole inquinanti, appesantite dalla condensa, cadono
nel liquido e ne vengono imprigionate, fino ad essere catturare dal filtro
presente sul percorso liquido, che può essere autospurgante.

La Detergenza Nominale del procedimento (capacità di trasferimento
istantaneo delle particelle e delle molecole nel liquido, regolabile in
tempo reale) è data dalla formula di De Simone:

D = K p

dove K è la costante dipendente dalla temperatura e dalla bagnabilità e p è
la prevalenza dinamica dell’ aspiratore-compressore.

La bagnabilità è massima per tempi di contatto ridotti al minimo, per cui in
quei casi si può diminuire il valore di p, lasciando invariata la Detergenza
Nominale.

Il sistema è autolavante, funziona anche in equicorrente, senza bisogno di
corpi di riempimento, come si può anche dedurre dallo schema illustrativo
allegato.

Objet: Système de Purification de Air et fumeés a Lavage InterComprimé -
SPALIC.

Nous pouvons résumer pour vous notre invention, comme aprés.

1) Aspiration de (l’ aire ou de) la fumeé.

2) Pre-lavage moyennant pulvérisation de liquid aqueux, avec chute de le
particules grossiers, humidification prochaine au 100%, et homogeneisation
de la temperature de (l’ aire ou de) la fumeé, prés de celle de le liquid.

3) Rechauffement instantané selectif de (l’ aire ou de) la fumeé, avec
exception de le particules et de le molecules pesantes, lesquelles devoint
rester froides pendant quelque seconde.

Le rechauffement il doit faire moyennant le aspirateur-compresseur
centrifuge, lequel comprime (l’ aire ou) la fumeé, avec rechauffement
simultané.

4) Lavage moyennant pulverisation, lequel fait condenser les vapeurs
diffuses dans (l’ aire ou) la fumeé, par consequent du refroidissement sous
la pluie.

Se produice la condensation sur les particules et les molecules polluantes,
lesquelles restent froides pendant le rechauffement par compression.

5) Le particules fines et le molecules polluantes, alourdites par les
vapeurs condensé, tombent dans le liquid et ne viennent emprisoneés, jusqu’
à etre captureés par le filtre présent sur le circuit liquid, lequel peuve
etre auto-vidangent.

La Détergence Nominale de le système (pouvoir de transfèrement instantané de
les particules et de les molecules pesantes dans le liquid, reglable in
temps réel), est donneé par la formule de Romano De Simone:

D = K p

dans laquelle K est la constante dépendant par la temperature et de la
baignabilité et p est la pression dynamique de l’ aspirateur-compresseur.

La baignabilité est maxima pour temps de contact réduits au minime, pour
laquelle raison dans ces cas on peux diminuer la valeur de p, sans diminuer
contextualement la Détergence Nominale.

Le systeme est autonettoyant, fonctionne aussi en équicourant, sans besoin
de corps de remplissage, comme on peux aussi déduire de le schéma explicatif
joindré.
