Is it possible to combine asp pages in one page without using frames?

I don't know if this is what you mean, but you can include the contents of
one asp file in another file by writing:

<!--#include file="file_name.asp"-->

Then the contents of file_name.asp will be put into the file containing the
include file code.

You can also use:

Server.Transfer
and
Server.Execute depending on your needs

One of those will transfer page execution to a new page and return to the
page it was first loading, and the other will transfer execution, and will
stop processing when it reaches the end of the document.

Like it has already been said, <!-- #include file="file.asp" --> also works
